District Data Integrator (DDI) is a secondary module that your district can purchase alongside Sam Spectra. Similar to the functions of the CAC Agent within SAM, DDI helps you by sending your district data to your favorite third party applications! Unlike the CAC Agent, you are not required to setup an agent for your data to flow. You simply work with our stellar support team to choose what integrations are right for you. Along the way you and Central Access work out what custom fields that your schools use such as usernames, passwords, custom school id's, and filters to get your integrations customized and specialized for your unique purposes. Once it's set, you tell us how often you want your data uploaded ( standard is once daily) and we setup an automated job to take care of the work, simple as that.

To accomplish this, we leverage the power of a cloud iPaaS ( Integration Platform as a Service) solution called Snaplogic. This technology allows us to securely upload your data from SAM, format your data using state of the art ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) functions, package your data into whatever file type you need, and safely land it wherever it has to go.
